RACIB: building an industry platform for the crypto and blockchain market
In 2017 the Russian crypto and blockchain market was fragmented and its dialogue with the state was ad hoc. The association was set up as a platform through which the industry could speak with one voice.

Arseniy’s role
Took part in founding the association together with Yuri Pripachkin and German Klimenko, and represented the industry position publicly. The exact split of responsibilities is being verified before publication.
Execution
In 2018 Kommersant quoted Arseniy as a representative of the association on the practical use of blockchain in supply chains and on market expectations around ICOs.
