About Arseniy
Arseniy Scheltsin is a Russian technology entrepreneur and an expert in digital strategy, the platform economy and regulation. He is the CEO of Digital Platforms ANO. From 2015 to 2018 he led projects at the Internet Development Institute; in 2017 he took part in founding the Russian Association of Cryptocurrency and Blockchain; in 2022 he was responsible for bringing the Russian app store NashStore to market. He is a member of the “Digital regions” section of the Digital Economy Council at the Federation Council.
